Connectra delivers Rwanda's most reliable airport transfer services, operating 24/7 at Kigali International Airport (KGL) and serving both inbound and outbound travelers. Our airport division handles over 800 transfers monthly, maintaining a satisfaction rating of 4.9/5 and an industry-leading late rate of under 0.5%.
Service Excellence
Every transfer begins long before the passenger arrives. Our dispatch team monitors flight statuses in real-time using FlightAware integration, tracking delays, gate changes, and actual landing times. Passengers are greeted in the arrivals hall with professionally printed name boards, assistance with luggage, complimentary bottled water, and a warm welcome to Rwanda.
Vehicle Fleet
Airport transfers are serviced by our dedicated fleet: clean, air-conditioned vehicles ranging from comfortable sedans for solo travelers, spacious minivans for families, to luxury SUVs for VIP clients. All vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi hotspots, phone chargers, and luggage racks sufficient for international travel luggage.
Coverage & Destinations
While our primary service area is Kigali city, we provide direct airport transfers to any destination in Rwanda — including Musanze (Volcanoes National Park), Gisenyi (Lake Kivu), Akagera National Park, Nyungwe Forest, and Huye (Butare). Long-distance transfers include comfort stops, scenic viewpoint breaks, and driver-led commentary.
Partnership Model
We operate as the preferred airport transfer partner for 12 hotels, 8 tour operators, and 3 corporate organizations. Our B2B platform allows partners to book transfers on behalf of their guests, with automated confirmation emails sent directly to passengers including driver details and a direct WhatsApp link.

Flight Delays & Cancellations
International flights frequently experience delays. Without real-time tracking, drivers would waste hours waiting or miss arrivals entirely. We integrated FlightAware API for live flight monitoring.
Late-Night Arrivals
Many international flights arrive between 11 PM and 3 AM. Maintaining driver alertness and vehicle availability required implementing a dedicated night shift rotation.
Language Barriers
Passengers arrive speaking diverse languages. We trained our airport drivers in English, French, Kinyarwanda, and basic Swahili with translation cards for 8 languages.
